Job Description
We are seeking an Immigration Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.
Responsibilities
Must have experience with USCIS applications.
1-2 years of immigration experience handling.
Family-based petitions (I130, I485, DS260, I864, 6018, etc.).
2 years immigration court experience handling both Master and Individual hearings.
Proficient knowledge and experienced handling cases before EOIR such as Asylum, 42B, 42A, Motions, eservice, and Adjustment of status.
Calendaring, filing applications, and knowledge of EOIR court system.
Waivers.
U-visa/VAWA.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field.
Familiarity with legal research.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Deadline and detail-oriented.
