Customer Service & Counter Operations
Assist customers purchasing or selling gold and silver products Provide professional, knowledgeable, and courteous service at the counter Explain pricing, weights, and values clearly to customers Weighing & Valuation
Accurately weigh gold and silver items using precision scales Calculate values based on weight, purity, and daily market prices Adjust pricing and calculations as market rates change throughout the day Inventory & Stock Management
Track and document incoming and outgoing gold and silver inventory Ensure accurate records of stock levels and transactions Handle precious metals with care and attention to detail Pricing & Market Awareness
Stay informed on daily changes in gold and silver pricing Apply pricing updates accurately and consistently Follow company procedures for pricing and valuation Accuracy & Compliance
Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and transparently Maintain a high level of accuracy in calculations and documentation Follow all company policies and procedures related to precious metals handling Qualifications & Requirements
Strong math and numerical skills are required Comfort working with changing prices and real-time calculations Ability to learn valuation processes and systems quickly Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and customer service skills Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in jewelry, precious metals, retail, or financial services Experience handling cash and high-value transactions Comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment Skills & Personal Attributes
