Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Account Executive, based in Leander, TX. As an Account Executive, you will assist clients in navigating the investment process, providing expert knowledge and guidance on precious metal products. Responsibilities include building relationships with clients, educating them on investment options, answering inquiries, recommending appropriate solutions, and supporting the growth of their portfolios. You will play a key role in contributing to the company’s mission by delivering exceptional customer service to both new and seasoned investors.
Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
Knowledge of or willingness to learn about financial investments, specifically precious metals, and diversification strategies
Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills
Proficiency in using CRM platforms and sales software tools
Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and achieve targets
A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in sales, financial services, or investment advising is a strong asset
