motivated, goal-oriented sales professionals
to join our high-performing team in Westwood, CA.
As an
Account Executive , you’ll play a key role in educating clients about the benefits of investing in precious metals while guiding them through a smooth, professional sales process.
You’ll have access to all the tools you need to succeed—including
pre-qualified opt-in leads , an
industry-leading CRM platform , and a
built-in auto-dialer
to maximize efficiency.
No previous experience in Precious Metals sales? No problem. We welcome candidates with
strong sales drive, a coachable attitude, and a hunger for success.
This is an on-site role and required to work in our office Monday-Friday. Our office is located in Westwood, CA (90024).
Responsibilities
High volume of inbound and outbound calls daily to opt-in leads
Stay informed on market trends, financial news, and global events impacting the industry
Build and nurture long-term client relationships with a focus on exceptional customer service
Manage, organize, and track client accounts effectively
Collaborate with our in-house processing team to ensure client requests are handled promptly
Perform data entry and maintain detailed records in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and other platforms
Qualifications
Experience working in an Inside Sales environment (Preferred, not requiredli>
Comfortable making a high volume of phone calls on a daily basis
Excellent computer skills; basic knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Word, DocuSign, Adobe PDF and Excel
Ability to work well in a collaborative, office-based team environment
Highly motivated, with a competitive edge and strong work ethic
Personable, respectful, and committed to delivering a high standard of service

Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 75% of the time

Hours of operation Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm PST.
