What You’ll Be Doing
In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, handling incoming phone calls related to a variety of service inquiries. Respond to calls with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. Consistently meet key department performance metrics. Provide functional support across areas including:
Cash Management products and services. Online (client website) and Mobile app support. General account or financial related inquiries.

Pay Rate:
$19.17 per hour Work Schedule:
Shifts will be 8 hours, 5 days per week.
Availability Window:
Monday-Sunday, 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM Candidates
must be flexible
to work during this entire time frame.
