Value Creation Leads

Lead strategic and operational improvement initiatives across portfolio companies Partner with portfolio company leadership to identify growth opportunities, cost efficiencies, and performance improvements Develop and implement frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs to measure progress and impact Manage cross-functional projects, including operations, finance, go-to-market, and technology initiatives Support post-investment planning, integration, and transformation efforts Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and updates on value-creation progress Identify best practices and standardize processes across portfolio companies Serve as a trusted advisor to CEOs, boards, and investment teams Preferred Qualifications
