Inside Sales Representative / Administrative Coordinator ** **
Overview ** This is a hands-on, high-visibility role supporting inside sales, order management, and day-to-day operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. The position works closely with customers, internal teams, and company leadership to ensure orders move efficiently from quote to shipment. Ideal for someone who enjoys variety, learning the business end-to-end, and growing with a close-knit organization. **
Key Responsibilities ** Manage customer orders, primarily small to mid-size orders, from start to finish: * Prepare and issue quotes
Enter orders accurately into the ERP system Communicate order timelines, updates, and any issues to customers Build familiarity with repeat customers and their needs Ensure packages are properly labeled and ready for shipment Coordinate shipments and work with logistics partners as needed
Collaborate with internal departments including sales, operations, and warehouse Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and documentation Assist in the warehouse when required to support order fulfillment Take on new responsibilities as the role evolves and business needs change **
Requirements & Qualifications ** Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred 2+ years of relevant work experience Prior experience or familiarity with welding supplies or a similar industrial industry is a strong plus Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Experience working with ERP systems and the ability to quickly learn new software Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Strong communication skills and willingness to work cross-functionally Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn the business Flexible and willing to be hands-on, including moving between office and warehouse environments **
