Role Overview As a Principal Executive, Large Enterprise Growth, you will acquire new AB customers with annual revenues greater than $5 B. You will work with our strategic greenfield opportunities in close collaboration with internal partner teams to develop and implement GTM acquisition plans.
Key Job Responsibilities
Meet or exceed new account acquisition targets.
Own negotiations of agreements, deals, and growth plans with prospects to drive business inputs.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build and share financial goals and deliverables for named accounts.
Relay market and customer needs to internal Amazon teams including Product Management, Technical, and Category Management.
Work closely with marketing, merchandising, demand generation, customer service, and other key internal stakeholders.
Educate and network with key prospect and customer contacts.
Prepare and provide business reviews to the senior management team.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing opportunities across a wide spectrum of customer engagement levels.
7+ years of B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations.
Experience with MS Office Suite, CRMs (Salesforce), and other systems.
Experience navigating prospective accounts to senior executive level to identify new customer opportunities.
Experience managing complex customer relationships and initiatives with considerable impact where the customer need, sales strategy, and opportunity are not defined.
Compensation and Benefits The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
