Mortgage Communications & Sales Support Coordinator

$24.00 - $26.00 per hour

depending on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and location. On-site position

– This position provides comprehensive support for marketing and compliance initiatives within the mortgage line of business. Responsibilities

Assist with individual produced marketing materials adhering to the Sunflower Bank marketing requirements, including creation, reviewing for compliance, and training on standards. Assisting in the tracking and monitoring of co-marketing submissions and materials. Communicate and distribute all marketing materials to new and existing Mortgage Loan Officers. Ensure all assigned duties are completed in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Track open house promotions, social media and other marketing sources within the mortgage line of business. Participate in training programs and mentorship opportunities to develop basic understanding and skills for current roles as assigned. Provide internal and external communication to inform applicants, loan officers, underwriters, or third parties of current project statuses and requirements. Maintain intermediate computer skills with Microsoft applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Smartsheet, Excel) and meet tight deadlines. Maintain the main reception desk and support on-site office operations. Adhere to company policies, investor guidelines, lending programs, and state and federal regulations. Uphold Fair and Responsible Banking practices and Code of Ethics and Conduct guidelines. Support the Bank’s Community Reinvestment Act program. Perform other duties as assigned. Education / Experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent verbal and written skills. Professional and leadership qualities. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Attention to detail. Basic math skills. Data entry skills. Interpersonal skills. Multi-tasking skills. Pay is dependent on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and location. Working Conditions

The physical demands of this position require the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Employees may spend extended periods sitting or standing, using hands to operate computers or other equipment, and reaching for work-related tasks. Regular walking may be required, along with occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, or climbing. The role may involve lifting or moving items weighing up to 10 pounds.
