Position Overview The Service Growth Representative supports the continued expansion of the service department by actively generating new maintenance and repair business. This role focuses on building and strengthening relationships with larger, multi-location customer accounts within an assigned territory. Partnering closely with internal teams, the representative works to understand customer operations and deliver tailored service solutions, including preventive maintenance programs, repair planning, and uptime-focused support, aligned to each customer’s needs.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new customer opportunities while developing strong relationships with existing key accounts through in-person visits, outbound outreach, and targeted prospecting efforts.

Conduct joint customer calls and visits with service, parts, and sales teams to drive broader market coverage and account growth.

Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver comprehensive solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.

Represent the organization with professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions, establishing trust and long-term credibility.

Research and evaluate market conditions to identify growth opportunities and better understand customer requirements.

Stay current on industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging service offerings to effectively communicate value.

Adapt to evolving business needs and take on additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Comfortable initiating new business conversations and meeting new customers

Ability to communicate strategically and creatively

Flexible and customer-focused, with the ability to support a wide range of customer needs

Strong organizational skills with effective time management

Intermediate computer proficiency and experience working with CRM or dealership systems

High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge of the transportation or commercial truck industry preferred

Valid driver’s license required
