At Stone Systems (www.stone-systems.com) we are looking for a Business Manager for our Shop located in Atlanta, GA, who will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, in full expansion, surrounded by numerous challenging projects that you can be part of.
What you will do Job responsibilities
The Sales Manager will manage the activities of the sales team and will be responsible for managing the profitability of the shop, increasing sales, and promoting the products in their area to achieve the commercial development of the business.
Job Expectations
Grow sales in all segments and increase sales of all company products in the corresponding region of the US.
Manage the coordination of complex cut-to-size projects from start to finish.
Manage the profitability of the Shop and achieve the growth objectives defined, as well as maintain sales capacity.
Manage National Account relationships and key Builder accounts in the area.
Manage sales team’s territories and their proper allocation, balancing workload and business potential.
Coordinate with Regional Sales Director to market and co-advertise the brand throughout the region
Support the Regional Sales Director to develop and adhere to annual sales budgets.
Manage and monitor customer databases through company systems and ensure the teams' proper use of the tools.
Focus promotional efforts on point-of-purchase displays (vignettes and samples)
Increase client acquisition assigned geographic area with all Cosentino products.
Responsible for monitoring the sales team and setting up a plan to follow the sales strategy and increase client acquisition in builder, retail, and commercial market segments in their sales territories.
Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the highest quality of service and efficiency for our customers.

What you need to succeed Professional Experience Required
4+ years of Outside Sales experience
3+ years managing a team
Knowledge Required
Good understanding of business KPIs and P&L
Knowledge of CRM; Salesforce preferred
Skills Required
Customer service oriented
Leadership skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
