The Analyst, Business Operations & Strategy will support the Vice President of Business Operations & Strategy in the development and execution of strategic initiatives for the Operating Company (OpCo). This role will assist in business planning, stakeholder engagement, and reporting efforts to drive the achievement of enterprise and jurisdictional objectives. The Analyst will work cross-functionally with internal teams including Regulatory Affairs, Public Affairs, Economic Development, and Customer Service to support OpCo strategy, operational initiatives, and business case development. Job Duties / Responsibilities
Support the development of OpCo strategy and business plans by partnering across the enterprise, analyzing data, and preparing reports. Assist in creating and maintaining detailed business plan strategies that support customer growth, affordability, reliability, and sustainability objectives. Track and report performance metrics, including scorecards and weekly, monthly, and quarterly executive reviews, to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Support regulatory and customer engagement efforts by preparing materials, coordinating meetings, and tracking key regulatory filings. Assist in drafting internal and external communications, including reports, presentations, memos, and executive briefings. Collaborate with internal teams to research and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. Support the Vice President and executive leadership in coordinating cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives. Minimum Requirements
Minimum education: Analyst Sr: Bachelor\'s Degree in a technical or business related field required or equivalent work experience. Desired: MBA. Minimum Experience: Analyst Sr.: 6 plus years of professional experience. Minimum Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Analytical skill set with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Advanced analytical skills and experience working on multiple assignments. Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. No supervisory responsibilities but can provide informal guidance to partners across the enterprise and explain complex information clearly. Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgment, and precedents. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies. Certifications, Licenses, Etc.
