Swish Breaks is hiring a CRM & Lifecycle Manager to ensure customers engage with the most relevant Swish moments — whether they’re discovering us for the first time or already among our most active buyers. This is a hands-on, high-impact builder role. You will turn customer data into smart segmentation and design the journeys, triggers, and personalized touchpoints that move customers from first purchase to repeat purchase to long-term loyalty. If you want to build a best-in-class lifecycle engine that delights existing customers while accelerating new customer conversion, this is the opportunity. Responsibilities

Build and optimize customer journeys across email, SMS, and lifecycle channels Create segmentation, triggers, and automations that increase repeat purchases Launch and manage lifecycle campaigns from welcome to win-back Analyze cohorts and customer behavior to surface growth opportunities Test messaging, timing, and offers to improve conversion and retention Partner with Growth, Content, VIP, and Data to deliver cohesive customer experiences Experience & Qualifications

4–7 years in CRM, lifecycle, retention, or engagement marketing Strong segmentation, cohort analysis, and experimentation skills and ability to build and optimize automated flows Strong copywriting and messaging instincts across lifecycle channels Experience in ecommerce, marketplaces, or high-frequency purchase cycles AI-literate and comfortable using tools to automate workflows and accelerate execution Bonus Points
