A Midtown-based alternative investments firm is seeking to add a lead campus recruiter. This firm values campus recruiting as a pillar of their talent pipeline and this a highly respected area of the business. This role requires experience in recruiting technical backgrounds.
Responsibilities
Understand the best sources for acquiring brightest young stars of tomorrow Administer an innovative recruitment strategies supported by data-backed insights in partnership with stakeholders. Develop recruitment strategies, manage initiatives, and partner with hiring managers to attract top talent Identify attract top talent through various channels including campus events / marketing efforts and social media Own end to end firms' internship programs Support candidate progression throughout evaluation hiring process Evaluate applicants Manage relationships with universities and partner organizations to build brand awareness and gain access to talent Plan and execute engagements to support branding and drive interest in the firm Work closely with the internship program team Qualifications
5+ years' of experience working in campus recruiting Excellent relationship‑building skills to form trusted partnerships with candidates, university partners, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels Knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration and applicable federal and state laws. Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to listen effectively. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point. Ability to manage priorities and workflow. Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
