Overview We’re looking for a results-driven
E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager
to own our online performance, customer lifecycle marketing, and e-commerce growth strategy. This is a manager-level role for someone who can think strategically while also executing hands-on across Shopify, paid media, and retention channels.
You’ll lead digital performance, site merchandising, email/SMS marketingplaying a key role in driving revenue, optimizing conversion, and scaling customer retention. This role is
in-person in Downtown Los Angeles . This role is contract-to-hire, starting part-time with the potential to go full-time.
Key Responsibilities E-Commerce & Site Management
Own Shopify operations, including site merchandising, product uploads, promotions, banners, and on-site updates
Ensure site readiness for launches, promotions, and seasonal drops
Optimize customer journey and conversion rate across the site
Own creation of site and digital marketing assets
Digital & Paid Marketing
Develop and execute digital marketing strategy across paid social, Google Ads, and other performance channels
Manage paid campaigns on
Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google , including setup, optimization, asset creation, copywriting, and performance analysis
Create and edit social ad assets
Retention & CRM Marketing
Own email and SMS marketing strategy end-to-end across lifecycle flows and campaigns, from campaign planning, asset creation, and email and SMS deployment
Manage CRM segmentation, copy, and performance using platforms such as
Klaviyo or Privy
Drive repeat purchase, LTV, and customer engagement initiatives
Analytics & Growth
Monitor and analyze performance across marketing channels, website, and CRM
Use data insights to inform optimization, forecasting, and growth opportunities
Report on KPIs related to revenue, conversion, acquisition, and retention
Secondary Tasks
Assist with E-commerce operations such as order fulfillment, inventory management, customer outreach, and product line-sheet creation
Assist with any other errands or ad hoc tasks to support the team and facilitate smooth operations per business needs
Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or growth marketing (fashion or DTC preferred)
Proven experience managing Shopify
Strong experience with paid media platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads)
Deep experience with Klaviyo email/SMS marketing and CRM segmentation
Proficiency with design assets like Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop
Proficiency in Google Analytics and performance reporting
Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution
Excellent project management and prioritization skills
Proactive, detail-oriented mindset
