Field Marketing Specialist

to help shape the next chapter of Empathy Lab by EPAM in North America. In this role, you’ll play a key role in elevating our brand, engaging CMO-level audiences, and generating meaningful demand across the marketing, commerce, and loyalty landscape.

You’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to bring our go-to-market strategy to life—executing high-impact regional programs, increasing brand visibility, and driving measurable pipeline contribution for an exciting new unit within EPAM.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement regional marketing strategies in collaboration with senior stakeholders

Deliver content-driven and demand generation campaigns in partnership with subject matter experts and the core brand team

Plan and manage regional events, including executive roundtables, partner activations, client dinners, and sponsorships

Work with subject matter experts to develop thought leadership ideas and content to support public relations efforts across major industry outlets

Partner with alliance teams to execute co-marketing initiatives with key technology partners

Support sales enablement by creating case studies, award submissions, presentations, and internal communications

Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, spend, and KPIs for the region

Identify the most effective marketing channels for reaching core CMO and marketing leadership audiences

Conduct competitive research to inform strategic decisions and messaging

Ensure strong local execution, stakeholder engagement, and consistent brand representation

Test, measure, and optimize campaigns for continuous improvement

Maintain high standards of accuracy, project management, and organizational excellence

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or related B2B marketing roles, preferably in an agency or consultancy environment

Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build strong cross-functional partnerships

Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills

Experience with campaign tracking, analytics, marketing automation, and segmentation platforms (bonus)

Demonstrated creativity, flexibility, and resourcefulness in problem-solving

Experience in developing content for thought leadership, PR, and sales enablement

Familiarity with co-marketing and partnership programs

High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000.
