The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving enterprise-level growth through performance-focused digital marketing across the COVE Animal Health network. This role owns the day-to-day strategy, execution, optimization, and measurement of digital channels, with a strong focus on paid search, paid social, analytics, and conversion optimization. You’ll work closely with marketing leadership, regional teams, and operations to translate business priorities into digital programs that drive new client acquisition, referral engagement, and service-line growth. Success in this role is measured by improvements in efficiency, pipeline contribution, and visibility into how digital marketing impacts revenue. What you’ll do:
Digital strategy & demand generation Develop and execute enterprise digital marketing strategies aligned with regional and service-line goals Apply demand generation principles to capture high-intent audiences and convert interest into measurable growth Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and guide channel strategy Partner with marketing leadership and regional teams to turn business objectives into actionable digital plans Channel ownership & campaign execution Own paid search and paid social strategy, including campaign structure, optimization, and scaling Oversee integrated digital programs across paid media, web experiences, and lifecycle touchpoints Optimize enterprise landing pages to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and acquisition efficiency Support new hospital openings, service-line launches, and referral growth initiatives through digital activation Test and evaluate new channels, tools, and tactics to stay ahead of market trends Analytics, attribution & reporting Own enterprise digital measurement and attribution across phone, form, QR, and booking conversions Build and maintain dashboards that connect digital performance to pipeline, revenue, and operational outcomes Manage call tracking strategy, including CallRail setup, attribution modeling, and CRM integration Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights for optimization and forecasting Ensure consistency in tracking, KPIs, and reporting across regions Budget management Execute and optimize digital spend within an approved enterprise budget Monitor pacing, performance, and efficiency across channels and regions Surface insights, risks, and opportunities to inform future budget planning Brand & execution standards Ensure digital execution aligns with enterprise and regional brand standards Evaluate and guide creative to ensure campaigns are effective, human, and on-brand Maintain high execution standards across all digital programs What success looks like
Measurable growth in new clients driven by digital marketing programs Strong contribution of digital channels to enterprise pipeline and revenue Improved conversion rates from high-intent leads to booked appointments Reduced customer acquisition cost and improved ROAS Clear, consistent reporting that supports confident, data-driven decisions Requirements 5–7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with deep expertise in paid search and paid social Experience managing large, multi-region digital programs with established budgets Strong analytical and technical skills, including Google Ads, Meta, GA4, CallRail, and CRM systems (HubSpot required) Ability to clearly connect marketing performance to pipeline and revenue outcomes Experience in healthcare, veterinary, or multi-location service organizations preferred Strong communicator with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
