Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services to existing and prospective clients. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies. Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless service and resolve client issues promptly. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Qualifications
Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in banking and finance. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic advice.
