KEY RESONSIBILITIES
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, ,Performance Max), Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads Help with budgets, pacing, bids, and performance targets (CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV) Help with developing testing roadmaps for ad creative, audiences, offers, and landing pages Stay current on platform updates, policy changes, and emerging ad formats Analytics, Attribution & Reporting
Build and maintain dashboards using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and platform-native reporting Monitor and report on KPIs weekly and monthly with actionable insights Ensure accurate tracking of conversions, events, pixels, and server-side tagging where applicable Analyze funnel performance and identify optimization opportunities across traffic, UX, and messaging Maintain the paid media tech stack (tracking, attribution, feeds, integrations) Collaborate with team members on pixel implementation, data Layer events, and troubleshooting Evaluate and recommend tools to improve performance, automation, and reporting efficiency Website & Conversion Optimization
Manage and deploy WordPress updates related to landing pages, forms, tags, site performance and user experience Coordinate A/B testing for landing pages and conversion flows Ensure site updates align with paid media objectives and tracking requirements Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with creative teams to guide ad concepts, formats, and performance-driven messaging Work with leadership to align paid media strategy with revenue and growth goals Coordinate with SEO, email, and lifecycle marketing to ensure a cohesive digital strategy> Required Qualifications
46+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid media Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads at scale Deep understanding of performance metrics, attribution, and optimization frameworks Strong experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and ad platform analytics Working knowledge of WordPress, including page updates and basic technical troubleshooting Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and priorities simultaneously Preferred Qualifications
Experience with lead generation funnels Familiarity with server-side tracking, enhanced conversions, and privacy-first measurement Experience in regulated industries (healthcare) a plus Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills Agency or high-growth in-house experience
