What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a Customer Relations Representative. This position falls under our North America Fuel line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this position, you will provide business-to-business (B2B) support through inbound emails and phone calls to resolve client and cardholder requests, ensuring satisfaction and retention. This role is responsible for supporting all aspects of client relationships to promote satisfaction and effective use of our products and services. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and collaborate regularly with internal departments.

Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include:

Resolving customer issues quickly and decisively

Working calmly in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while managing special projects without compromising core responsibilities.

Responding to customer emails (cases) and support inbound calls as needed.

Utilizing tools to track appointments and manage priorities.

Developing an in-depth knowledge of products, services, and systems.

Training clients proactively and recommending best practices.

Partnering with internal departments to support the customer base.

Demonstrating mastery of product knowledge, business policies, resolution procedures, and resource utilization for a primary product or service.

Meeting or exceeding productivity standards and department goals in alignment with standard operating procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

High School diploma or equivalent (required)

B2B customer service experience preferred

Coachable with initiative and a desire for career growth

Ability to maintain attendance within company standards

Strong organizational skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and follow-through

Superior customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues quickly and professionally

Proficient in phone and computer systems; ability to manage inbound and outbound calls and collaborate with internal teams
