Responsibilities

Support the execution of integrated digital campaigns across email, paid social, search, and content channels—track performance and report weekly metrics.

Build, schedule, and optimize email marketing sequences using CRM/marketing automation platforms; maintain contact lists and segmentation.

Create and edit marketing assets—social posts, landing pages, blog posts, banners, and basic design collateral—to maintain brand consistency.

Manage website content updates and landing page builds in CMS; implement SEO best practices for on-page optimization.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, design) to align campaign creative, messaging, and lead routing.

Monitor budgets and ad spend, perform basic bid adjustments, and support A/B tests to improve CPA and conversion rates.

Requirements

Practical experience with CRM and email platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)

Familiarity with web analytics (Google Analytics) and campaign tracking (UTM, conversion events)

Hands-on exposure to paid advertising platforms (Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager)

Working knowledge of SEO and on-page optimization techniques

Experience with content management systems and landing page builders (WordPress, Webflow, or similar)

Basic visual design skills using Canva or Adobe Photoshop

Preferred

Experience with marketing automation and lead-nurture workflows

Familiarity with paid search optimization and bid management

Prior experience supporting B2B SaaS or enterprise software marketing
