Responsibilities
The Community Resources Specialist is responsible for coordinating a variety of community resources to assist patients (transportation, housing, food, and/or medication) and various other programs. Qualifications
Required qualifications include a high school diploma, a current KS driver’s license, auto insurance, and BLS certification. Screening and interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis. Incomplete submissions will not be considered. EOE/Background check required. Benefits
