Job Description EverGlow Home Lighting is expanding and looking for motivated door-to-door sales reps to help homeowners upgrade their exterior lighting. This is a commission-only opportunity with daily pay during your first week, then weekly pay after — paid per closed install, not per hour. What You’ll Do Knock doors in targeted neighborhoods Offer homeowners a free exterior lighting measurement Pre-qualify interest and book appointments Represent Ever Glow Home Lighting professionally in the field Hand off appointments for closing (no pricing or negotiating) Compensation $150 flat commission per closed install Daily pay during your first week (on closed deals) Weekly pay after week one No cap on earnings Typical installs range from $3,000–$7,000. Close just a few homes per week and earnings add up fast.
