As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead strategic sales initiatives across enterprise accounts in Switzerland, driving growth and expanding business within the market. You will manage complex opportunities, build strong executive relationships, and serve as a trusted advisor to your clients. The role requires proactive engagement with internal and external stakeholders, overseeing the full sales cycle from pipeline development to deal closure. You will identify new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends. The position offers a remote-first environment with the opportunity to make a measurable impact in a high-growth technology sector. Success in this role combines sales expertise, relationship management, and the ability to navigate complex, technical solutions.

Accountabilities

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed individual sales targets

Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities across enterprise accounts

Establish and maintain relationships with decision-makers at multiple levels, including C-level executives

Represent the company as a trusted advisor within your portfolio, articulating value propositions and solutions

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful sales proposals and close deals

Expand sales within existing accounts and cultivate opportunities in new accounts

Prepare account development plans, engagement strategies, and forecasts to drive predictable outcomes

Requirements

Proven track record in enterprise sales, preferably within technology or cybersecurity solutions

Strong ability to network and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-level

Experience selling complex technical solutions to large organizations

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

Ability to create and communicate compelling value propositions

Fluent in French and German at a business level; proficiency in English is advantageous

Results-oriented with the ability to operate effectively in a quota-driven environment
