Overview We are seeking a highly driven Global Account Manager to lead strategic growth and manage enterprise accounts across the EMEA region. This role combines complex solution selling, territory management, and alliance partnership engagement to deliver impactful SaaS solutions that enhance revenue management and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for developing long-term client relationships, driving pipeline and revenue, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success. The position provides the opportunity to influence strategic account planning, deliver tailored solutions, and contribute directly to regional business growth. You will also act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, representing the company at key meetings and events. This role offers a challenging and dynamic environment with autonomy to shape account strategies and achieve measurable results.

Accountabilities

Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans to expand business within existing global accounts and acquire new logos in the EMEA region.

Manage the full sales cycle, aligning with customer stakeholders to drive decision-making and achieve revenue targets.

Lead quarterly business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and key client meetings, both remotely and in person.

Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the SaaS product suite to maximize account growth.

Partner with Customer Success teams to promote solution adoption and ensure high client satisfaction.

Maintain accurate account and pipeline data in Salesforce, leveraging internal resources such as Solutions Consultants, Partners, Support, and Professional Services.

Represent the organization at conferences, industry events, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

5+ years of quota-carrying experience in enterprise software or SaaS sales.

Proven success selling complex solution suites in the EMEA region (ERP, Quote-to-Cash platforms preferred).

Experience selling into Life Sciences, Pharma, or Medtech sectors.

Strong hunter mentality with experience acquiring new logos from companies with revenue $1B+.

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.

Skilled in both virtual and in-person sales engagements.

Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and familiarity with MEDDPICC or Challenger sales methodologies.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; multi-lingual abilities a plus.
