
Inside Sales Specialist- Aftermarket Parts

Description
The Aftermarket Parts Sales Specialist is responsible for executing the company’s parts sales strategy, provide total customer service throughout the order life cycle, assist in inventory control, coordinate online E-Store sales, and provide aftermarket support as needed.
Duties
Answering incoming phone, E-Mail, and Fax requests for quote (RFQ’s)
Generate customer quotes
Enter Orders into ERP
Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotes, lead times, and order status.
Issue Purchase Orders to procure material
Generate shipping paperwork
Assist with inventory control and re-ordering stock.
Participate in annual inventory
Identify new prospective customers and grow existing customer base.
Increase sales by means of cross-selling and up-selling.
Coordinate sales and operation of our online E-Store
Proactively engage customers to increase sales and follow up on older stagnant accounts
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 1 year inside sales experience
Minimum 1 year industrial or overhead crane experience
High School Diploma/ GED
Positive and professional demeanor
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Self-motivated and highly organized
Dependable and detail oriented
Ability to exercise good judgment/ decision making
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
