THE OPPORTUNITY Join Integrated Door and Window Systems, the partner behind Southern California’s most architecturally significant properties. We are seeking an elite, independent sales professional who aligns with our mission to transform visions into extraordinary works of art using the world’s finest fenestration products. This is a high-reward, 100% commission (1099) position designed for closers who thrive in the luxury design-build ecosystem.
WHO YOU ARE
Self-Starter:
An established closer with a network of architects, GCs, and developers in Greater LA and/or Orange County.
Technical Closer:
Can read architectural drawings and communicate complex fenestration requirements.
Luxury Expert:
Understand the "concierge" level of service required by architects, GCs, and high-net-worth homeowners.

Showroom and Sales Support:
Utilize our state-of-the-art Culver City showroom to facilitate seamless collaboration with architects, designers, and high-net-worth homeowners. In-house sales department: estimating, project management, logistics.
Concept to Completion:
Backed by our sister company, Integrated Install, you can offer clients a collaborative in-house install option, a powerful closing tool.
Flexibility:
1099 Independent Contractor status—you own your schedule and your territory.
