As a leading paint and body collision shop, we take pride in our workmanship and our commitment to exceeding customer expectations. Now, we're looking for a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Advisor.
In this role, you will appraise damaged vehicles and determine vehicle value. Your responsibilities will include performing physical inspections, documenting damage, and reviewing repair estimates. The ideal candidate is methodical and detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities (What you will do):
Build Relationships:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service and guidance throughout the repair process.
Educate Customers:
Act as a trusted advisor, explaining repair options, answering questions, and helping customers make informed decisions about their vehicles.
Drive Sales:
Utilize your sales skills to promote our services and products, upselling when appropriate and maximizing revenue opportunities.
Coordinate Repairs:
Serve as the liaison between customers and our repair team, ensuring clear communication and timely completion of repairs.
Provide Exceptional Service:
Deliver a superior customer experience from start to finish, going above and beyond to ensure satisfaction and earn repeat business.
Stay Current:
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product developments, and best practices to continuously improve your knowledge and skills.
Perform physical inspections of damaged vehicles
Determine the extent of damage
Document repairs needed and review repair shop estimates
Determine vehicle value and provide documentation
Qualifications (What we are looking for):
Sales Experience:
Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.
Passion for Cars:
A genuine passion for automobiles and a desire to help customers find solutions to their vehicle repair needs.
Excellent Communication Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey information to customers.
Problem-Solving Abilities:
The ability to think quickly on your feet, adapt to changing situations, and find creative solutions to challenges as they arise.
Team Player Mentality:
A collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with our repair team and other staff members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
Previous experience as an Automotive Estimator is preferred
Excellent written communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work with little or no supervision
