Loan Servicing Customer Service Representative
At Regions, the Loan Servicing Customer Service Representative responds to customer's inquiries or complaints regarding Loan Servicing products or services. Primary Responsibilities
Determines best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies Coordinates problem resolution with appropriate departments Informs customers of standard procedures or resolution of problem Follows up, either verbally or in writing, to ensure customer satisfaction Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures May make periodic calls to existing customers to determine satisfaction with the company, products, and services This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act. This position is incentive eligible. Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Applicants will be expected to pass any assessment associated with the position Preferences
One (1) year of customer service or related experience Skills and Competencies
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills Excellent customer service skills Good verbal and written communication skills This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience. Work location: 5214 Lincoln Rd. Ext. Hattiesburg MS Training: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm CST (3 months) Following training: Must be able to work 40 hours Monday-Friday anytime between 7am-6pm (CST). Shifts will be assigned based on business needs. Position Type: Full time Compensation Details: Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job. Job Range Target: Minimum: $32,850.00 USD Median: $37,611.00 USD Incentive Pay Plans: This role is eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan. Employees have the potential to earn incentives based on performance against defined metrics and goals.
