Position Summary Aspetto is seeking a Tactical Account Manager to assist with managing and supporting relationships across Federal agencies, FBOP and FBI customers. This role plays a key part in maintaining client satisfaction, supporting contract execution, and coordinating internal activities to ensure seamless delivery on government requirements.
You will work closely with Federal customers, sales teams, and internal departments to execute sales-related and account-support tasks with accuracy, professionalism, and a proactive mindset — all while contributing to growth within existing federal accounts.
Core Responsibilities
Maintain and grow existing federal client contracts and partnerships
Manage day-to-day client communications and relationship-building with key stakeholders
Assist the team in preparing and submitting proposals, bids, and RFP responses for government opportunities
Coordinate logistics for federal customer meetings, product demos, and onsite presentations
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and contract information
Conduct market and competitive research to support strategic planning in the federal space
Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, and reporting tied to federal programs
Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment of tactical solutions with government mission needs
Support proactive outreach to prospective federal stakeholders as part of account expansion efforts
Minimum 2 years in sales, account management, or related client-support role with vendor interaction
Willingness to get out of one’s comfort zone
Exercise daily calls to prospective federal clients and partners
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
Familiarity with U.S. government procurement processes or a willingness to learn
Must be able to reliably commute to the work location>
