We are seeking a Brand & Creative Director to own the execution, governance, and evolution of our visual brand identity across all touchpoints. This is a hands-on role responsible for translating brand strategy into consistent, high-quality visual execution.

This role is not advisory or review-only. It consolidates visual strategy, execution, proofing, and physical brand ownership into a single accountable function. Success requires direct execution, active proofing, and day-to-day ownership of how the brand shows up in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Brand Ownership & Governance: Own and actively manage the company’s visual identity across all channels and touchpoints.

Translate brand strategy and positioning, defined in partnership with the Head of Brand & Global Communications, into clear, compelling visual expression.

Define, document, and evolve visual brand standards, including typography, color, layout, iconography, imagery, data visualization, and motion as necessary.

Enforce brand standards through active proofing, approvals, and corrections.

Serve as the final visual authority for all external-facing assets.

Design Execution & Asset Creation (Core Responsibility): Personally design and produce high-impact brand assets, including:

Executive, board, and leadership PowerPoint presentations

Sales and marketing decks as needed

Thought leadership reports, whitepapers, and POV content

Infographics and data visualizations

Campaign and internal communications assets

Event and physical brand materials

Design and manage physical brand assets, including office signage, environmental graphics, wayfinding, and branded office environments

Lead the development of presentation systems and templates that scale across teams

Support office openings, renovations, and events with cohesive, on-brand physical design solutions

Step in to execute when quality, clarity, speed, or visibility requires direct ownership

Proofing, Quality Control & Brand Enforcement: Proof and approve all external-facing visual assets prior to release.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, hierarchy, and brand alignment across materials.

Identify and correct brand drift and inconsistent execution across teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, product, sales, communications, and executive teams to bring business priorities to life visually.

Support executive communications by elevating the quality and clarity of leadership-facing materials.

Align closely with the Head of Brand & Global Communications to ensure visual execution reinforces brand narrative and positioning.

Vendor & Partner Management: Manage and direct external designers, agencies, and vendors as needed.

Provide clear creative direction, feedback, and final approvals.

Ensure all third-party work adheres to established brand standards.

What Success Looks Like

The brand is visually consistent, polished, and recognizable across all touchpoints.

Executive- and customer-facing materials are clear, confident, and on-brand.

Teams have effective templates and systems that improve speed and quality.

Visual quality improves measurably, with fewer revisions and less rework.

All external-facing assets ship with clear ownership and a consistent quality bar.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in brand design, visual design, or creative leadership roles within B2B, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise environments.

Demonstrated hands-on design execution experience (portfolio required).

Expert proficiency in:

Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

PowerPoint / Google Slides (advanced layout, hierarchy, and system design)

Proven experience owning and enforcing a visual brand system
