Graphic Designer
— 4/1 on site in Miami, Contract Talento has partnered with a large organization on a contract role for a graphic designer. The Graphic Designer plays a key role within the Creative Services team, developing visually compelling design solutions across print and digital channels to support marketing and sales initiatives. This role collaborates closely with creative leadership, project managers, copywriters, and internal partners to deliver cohesive, on-brand campaigns and assets. The ideal candidate is both conceptual and detail-oriented, able to balance big-picture creative thinking with precise execution in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities
Conceptualize and design integrated marketing campaigns and supporting collateral across print and digital platforms, including advertisements, promotional materials, direct mail, presentations, web assets, email graphics, signage, and event materials. Develop and present creative concepts that align with brand strategy, address business objectives, and meet the strategic needs of internal stakeholders; provide multiple creative options when appropriate. Partner closely with creative leadership, project managers, copywriters, and internal clients to execute both large-scale campaigns and day-to-day design needs. Collaborate with copywriters to ensure visual design and messaging work together seamlessly to reinforce campaign objectives. Maintain a strong understanding of brand standards and ensure all creative output is consistent with established guidelines while contributing to the brand’s ongoing evolution. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing shifting priorities and deadlines with efficiency and attention to detail. Perform quality control on all creative work, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to internal review processes. Revise and refine creative based on feedback; prepare and deliver final files for print and digital production. Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate creative output. Support additional creative or design-related initiatives as needed. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of experience in a graphic design role within a fast-paced, multi-project environment such as an in-house creative team or agency. Strong creative and conceptual skills across a wide range of deliverables, with a portfolio demonstrating print and real-world applications. Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and quality, with the ability to thrive under tight deadlines. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities. Solid understanding of prepress, print production, and file preparation for both print and digital outputs. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Experience with project management tools is a plus. Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools is a plus. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
