What You’ll Do

Build and grow relationships with healthcare providers, practices, and organizations.

This is a boots on the ground with face to face meetings, hunting and closing deals.

Educate and consult with referral partners on how Proactive Health’s RPM and care programs benefit both patients and practices.

Drive adoption and referrals through consultative selling and consistent follow-up.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for patients and partners.

Track and report key activities, feedback, and progress in our CRM (HubSpot).

Represent the Proactive Health brand with professionalism, integrity, and passion.

About You

A self-starter — you thrive working independently and hate being micromanaged.

Organized, driven, and confident communicating both in person and virtually.

Knowledge of healthcare sales, RPM, CCM, or value-based care is a major plus (but not required).

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of sales experience (medical or healthcare preferred).

Strong connections in the Healthcare market is a huge plus.

Experience selling to physicians and practices is a plus but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Willingness to travel locally for meetings and partner visits.
