About DSA: Display Source Alliance (DSA) designs, produces, delivers, and installs merchandising fixtures and single serve beverage coolers in the transaction zones of grocery retail environments. We focus on enhancing in-store visibility and driving impulse purchases for single-serve items such as gum, candy, snacks, and cold beverages.
Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to support our regional grocery retail accounts. This entry-level role is ideal for a candidate looking to grow in the retail services industry. The Sales Representative will assist in managing client relationships, coordinating project execution, and driving revenue growth across key grocery and C-store retail accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Senior Sales Reps and Account Managers with day-to-day client activities.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with buyers, merchandisers, and retail teams at grocery retail accounts.
Assist in coordinating project deliverables from design through production to in-store execution.
Track account activities, program updates, and customer communications in CRM tools.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and sales reviews.
Conduct basic market research and competitive analysis within assigned territories.
Provide timely responses to client inquiries and help resolve issues as they arise.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in sales support, account coordination, or retail merchandising (CPG or display industry preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM platforms.
Eagerness to learn, with a positive and proactive attitude.
Ability to travel regionally as needed.
