Job Summary Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the company’s Quality System. Process customer and vendor returns. Assist in promoting a total quality environment and ensuring the continual improvement of branch products and processes.
Job Description This position will work onsite at our Augusta, GA location. It is intended for this position to be a hybrid role of sales and NDT Testing.
Key Accountabilities
Assist and train with onsite team for understanding in services provided including NDT and API Inspecting
Conduct cold calling and general sales duties
Investigate reason for, document, report, and review vendor returns (Return Purchase Orders)
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System:
Maintenance and calibration of Measuring and Test Equipment
Branch Management Quality System Reviews
Internal Quality System Audits
Customer lead audits/visits
Conduct root cause investigations and make recommendations for corrective and preventative actions
Provide internal and external technical assistance
Assist in continual improvement projects in the capacity of branch Lean Focal:
Ensure audits are completed and scores are posted on the intranet in a timely manner
Ensure that meetings take place, no more than 10 minutes
Identify areas for improvement
Maintain Shared Vision Board, Corp and local area
This is a position that works directly on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Experience or training in Nondestructive testing
Prior experience in outside sales and cold calling
Quality systems, Lean training and computer experience.
Preferred Requirements
ASNT certification (UT, MT, PT, VT)
3 years of manufacturing, quality, or chemical handling experience
Lean training, Safety/OSHA 10 hour, metal experience and or training
B@B, technical or capital equipment sales, preferably within oil & gas, aerospace, automotive or manufacturing
