Responsibilities Welcome customers and create a positive, engaging shopping experience.
Learn and present product features and benefits to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Utilize consultative sales techniques to identify customer needs and offer the best solutions.
Stay knowledgeable about current promotions, inventory, and company policies.
Support daily store operations, including restocking, merchandising, and maintaining visual standards.
Handle customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and care.
Work closely with team members and management to meet and exceed sales goals.
Experience & Qualifications Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required — we provide full training.
Strong communication and people skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.
Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and stay organized under pressure.
