Position Overview We are currently seeking a driven, results-oriented

Account Executive

to join our team. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with strong experience working with major department stores, off-price retailers, and specialty accounts. The Account Executive will be responsible for growing existing accounts, penetrating new markets, and developing long-term, profitable relationships with retail partners.

The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, strong retail math skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with design, production, and operations teams to optimize sales, margins, and inventory performance.

Key Responsibilities Account Growth & Relationship Management Grow and manage a portfolio of existing retail accounts while actively developing new business opportunities Penetrate new markets and expand distribution within current and prospective accounts Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with buyers and key retail partners

Sales Execution & Order Management Secure and place orders while considering delivery timelines, inventory levels, and fulfillment capabilities Maintain open orders and monitor shipping schedules using internal reporting tools Communicate regularly with accounts regarding order status, deliveries, and inventory availability

Sales Analysis & Strategic Planning Accumulate and analyze weekly sales performance, inventory levels, and stock positions Develop data-driven recommendations based on sell-through, replenishment needs, and seasonal performance Utilize retail math and seasonal planning to maximize sales and profitability

Business & Product Strategy Develop and implement business and product strategies that optimize sales and profit for both the retailer and the company Partner closely with internal teams to ensure product assortments align with market demand and account needs Identify opportunities to grow categories, expand assortments, and improve margin performance

Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with design and production teams to place production buys at planned markup percentages Provide market feedback to support product development and assortment planning Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and execution

Travel & Market Support Travel occasionally to key accounts and markets as required Participate in account meetings, presentations, and line reviews Support sales initiatives during peak selling seasons

Requirements & Qualifications Required Experience & Skills Minimum of 3–5 years of experience selling to major department store accounts, off-price retailers, and/or specialty accounts Strong expertise in retail math, seasonal planning, and sales analysis Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and manage competing priorities Ability to communicate complex information clearly in both one-on-one and group settings

Additional Qualifications Willingness and ability to travel as needed Men’s outerwear or workwear experience is a strong plus
