Job Description:
As an HVAC Comfort Advisor, you will be responsible for evaluating customers' needs and recommending appropriate HVAC solutions that ensure their comfort and meet their budget. You will act as a trusted consultant, helping clients make informed decisions about their heating and cooling systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer comfort needs.
Provide thorough explanations of HVAC system options, benefits, and pricing.
Develop and present tailored HVAC proposals that align with client expectations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through follow-ups and support.
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
Stay informed on the latest HVAC technologies and trends to effectively educate customers.
Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HVAC Comfort Advisor or in a related sales/customer service role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
Familiarity with HVAC systems, products, and industry standards.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in HVAC or related fields are a plus.
