Role Overview This role owns and expands a portfolio of global enterprise accounts, with a primary focus on driving net-new expansion revenue. You’ll lead strategic account growth through cross-sell, upsell, seat expansion, and multi-year enterprise agreements, working closely with Customer Success, Renewals, and broader Revenue teams to maximize ARR, product adoption, and long-term customer value.
Key Responsibilities
Own and grow a defined book of global enterprise accounts
Identify, develop, and close cross-sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities
Build and maintain senior relationships with CISOs, EVPs, and C-suite stakeholders
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder expansion and renewal motions
Consistently achieve or exceed assigned revenue targets
Partner closely with Customer Success Managers and Renewal teams to drive account growth
Develop and execute strategic account plans, including global account mapping
Travel for executive-level, on-site customer meetings as required
Requirements
3+ years of SaaS sales experience
Proven success selling to enterprise customers and executive buyers
Track record of closing multi year agreements
Strong consultative, value-based selling approach
Experience managing complex sales cycles, pipelines, and forecasts
Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
Polished executive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
