B2B Field Sales Representative – High Income Opportunity

We are hiring motivated sales professionals to help commercial customers improve energy efficiency through

lighting, HVAC, refrigeration, and building controls upgrades . This role involves generating new opportunities, visiting facilities, conducting on-site assessments, presenting upgrade recommendations, and guiding customers through a streamlined rebate and installation process.

Responsibilities

Generate new leads through outreach, canvassing, networking, and cold calling

Perform on-site assessments in commercial buildings

Identify opportunities for lighting, HVAC, refrigeration, and controls upgrades

Present proposals and clearly explain the upgrade process

Coordinate with internal teams to complete paperwork and schedule installations

Track activity and meet performance goals

Maintain customer relationships through project completion

Preferred Experience (Any of the following is helpful, but NOT required)

Outside sales or B2B sales

Energy efficiency or utility rebate programs

HVAC, lighting, electrical, refrigeration, or building services

Door-to-door B2B canvassing

Commercial facility services

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation This role uses a performance-driven pay model. Earnings include a base component plus additional pay tied to completed projects. High performers typically earn

$145,000+ annually

depending on activity level and results.

No earning cap for high performers
