Job Summary As an Inside Sales Representative, you will of our sales team, responsible for prospecting, reaching out, and building relationships with small business owners restructuring solutions. Your primary focus will be connecting with potential clients, identifying their financial challenges, and introducing our tailored debt restructuring services. The successful candidate will be a persuasive communicator, adept at handling objections, and passionate about helping small businesses thrive despite financial difficulties.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate sales leads.
Qualify leads and identify potential and requirements.
Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
Proven experience in inside sales or a similar sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
