Role Overview We are scaling our residential sales engine and looking for a high capacity outside sales professional who knows how to hunt, close, and build lasting customer relationships. This role is a frontline revenue driver. You will be generating new business, managing warm leads, conducting inspections, and guiding homeowners through the roofing process with confidence and professionalism. Benefits and Compensation
Base Salary: $35,000-$55,000 yr. Plus Commission with no cap
Health Insurance with optional add on coverages

PTO: 2 Weeks after probationary period

Mileage Reimbursement must have reliable personal vehicle
What You Will Do
Business Development and Lead Management
Participate in door‑to‑door outreach and cold call strategies to generate new opportunities
Convert warm leads into closed deals through disciplined follow up and consultative selling
Actively represent ACE Roofing in the community to build brand awareness and pipeline momentum
Field Inspections and Customer Guidance
Perform roof inspections including ladder and roof access
Provide professional and clear recommendations based on inspection findings
Educate customers on solutions, processes, timelines, and next steps
Customer Experience and Communication
Deliver exceptional service through active listening and problem solving
Maintain accurate and organized notes and CRM updates to strengthen relationships and ensure timely follow up
Manage customer expectations and uphold ACE’s reputation for quality and integrity
Professional Growth and Team Collaboration
Participate in ongoing training to sharpen sales skills and technical roofing knowledge
Collaborate with internal teams' production, service, admin to drive a smooth customer experience
What Makes You a Fit
Minimum 1 year of successful sales experience or a strong educational foundation construction or home improvement experience is a plus
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
A competitive and self driven mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure
Resilience, stamina, and the willingness to put in the work during peak season
A desire to grow, advance, and build a career not just hold a job
Ability to pass background, motor vehicle, and drug screening
