Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Little Rock, Arkansas. The role involves engaging with clients to generate leads, maintaining and fostering client relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, conducting outbound calls, and collaborating with team members to meet sales goals and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
Experience in Inside Sales, with a proven ability to drive sales success
Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to build and maintain positive relationships
Proficiency in Lead Generation and Account Management to identify and nurture business opportunities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team in an on-site setting
Prior experience in a similar role or in the sales sector is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
