We are looking to add an Outside Sales Representative to our team to support growth in the Raleigh market. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with customers in your assigned territory. As part of the PTSolutions team, you will provide products that meet and exceed customer requirements. Responsibilities
Develops new business relationships with potential and existing customers and meets KPIs regarding prospecting and closing deals. Understands customer business models and product needs. Crafts solutions for customers that meet and exceed requirements. Prospect new clients in the assigned territory. Work to expand sales with existing clients. Act as a subject matter expert on all product lines. Provide reports on progress in the territory and opportunities for growth. Respond to RFQs as necessary. Collaborate with other teams on larger projects to ensure deliverables are met. Pursue VMI opportunities. Notify customers of signature brand products. Work with core supplier target account programs by scheduling sales calls and presentations. Maintain established margin objectives. Encourage customer website usage. Travel when necessary. Other duties as assigned. Required Experience
THE MOST QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE: CNC Machining experience, or Industrial distribution or supply chain experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Outside Sales experience is required Must be 21+ to drive a company vehicle Valid driver\'s license with clean driving record Demonstrated experience managing and growing a sales territory Ability to quickly build relationships with key decision makers in client organizations Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-directed with a high level of productivity and personal organization Plans and organizes tasks to achieve goals while remaining calm and professional under pressure Proficient use of Windows, Microsoft Office & Teams This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
