Job Description
The position requires outside sales calls, relationship building, project management, business development and product education. The ideal candidate for this position is a high energy individual who is familiar with the decoration industry. Or, one who has a passion for sales and is motivated to learn.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Working with corporations, small business, sports teams groups to manage custom apparel, promotional product and uniform orders
Reaching out to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell custom apparel and other branded products
Order processing, customer service and project management
Track calls and follow up with prospects
Multi-tasking
Building and maintaining relationships with customers
Attend industry shows and events if needed
Vendor relationship building
Additional responsibilities as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication skills
Keen attention to detail and organization a must
Basic computer skills for MS Office basic order entry and email etc.
Ability to prioritize and organize is critical
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Self-driven individual
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Experience working in sales
Experience with project management

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office and shop environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photo copiers and manufacturing equipment such as printers, heat press and chemicals. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of work conditions.
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time position, and hours of work vary Monday through Friday, but primarily 9 am – 5:30 pm
