Full-Time | Hybrid (In-Office & Remote)
$18/hr + Bonus + Commission | 40 hrs/week
Almost Heaven Saunas is seeking a personable and motivated
Customer Service & Sales Rep
to join our team. You’ll handle inbound sales calls, support customers with product questions, and process orders. This role blends technical learning, relationship building, and organization—all in a fast-paced, wellness-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer and sales calls
Respond to email inquiries
Assist with product troubleshooting and support
Enter and manage orders
Maintain merchant accounts (pricing, images, availability)
What You Bring:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Quick technical learner with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Comfortable with computer systems and teamwork
Previous customer service experience preferred
