Job Description
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative who knows our products to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to service our customers. Knowledge of electric motors, drives, and power transmission products for local distributor. We also offer training if you have dedication and ambition to learn the products we distribute and are looking for your new career.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Present and sell our products and services to existing customers
Learn our product and offerings to assist our customers
Service customers by providing quotes and completing orders
Resolve customer inquiries
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Follow up to service customers requests
Work with our product specialist to learn product offerings
Work in branch location which includes counter and warehouse skills to service customers
Qualifications:
Previous experience in our industry and products we distribute
Experience in the electric motor business and other products distributed by KJ Electric
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Ability to build rapport with clients
Organize work and follow through to maintain customer relationships
Deadline and detail-oriented
