: We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative with a strong technical mindset and experience in industrial or manufacturing sales. In this role, you will build relationships, grow accounts, and promote our full range of metal fabrication services—including cutting, forming, welding, machining, and assembly—to customers in multiple industries.

What You’ll Do:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory
Conduct in-person sales visits with existing and potential customers
Present fabrication capabilities and customized solutions to engineers, buyers, and project managers
Work with the estimating and engineering teams to create accurate quotations
Follow up on proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales
Manage existing accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Maintain accurate CRM notes, activity logs, and sales forecasts
What We00re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience (metal fabrication or industrial manufacturing preferred)
Estimating experience in fabrication or manufacturing is a plus
Strong technical aptitude; ability to understand fabrication processes and read blueprints is helpful
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and organized with strong territory management skills
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
