to drive business insights for our commercial organization within the Overactive Bladder therapeutic area. In this pivotal role, you will leverage diverse data sources and collaborate with stakeholders in a fast-paced business environment to make a significant impact. This position reports to the
Director of Commercial Analytics
and is a vital part of the Commercial Analytics team. You will work closely with marketing, finance, market access leadership, and other analytics teams to deliver valuable insights in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities Enhance marketing strategies by generating integrated insights from data to support informed commercial decisions. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement annual market research and analytics plans that align with brand objectives. Conduct advanced analytics to inform brand planning, optimize resource allocation, and shape marketing strategies, including patient journey mapping and ROI analysis. Support the Gemtesa brand planning process by creating situational analyses and deriving meaningful KPIs in collaboration with sales and marketing teams. Contribute to financial planning processes by delivering insights for annual and long-range forecasts alongside brand leadership. Develop actionable insights presentations tailored for key stakeholders, adjusting communication styles to suit different audiences. Lead the creation of analytical tools that consolidate insights for a comprehensive overview of brand performance. Serve as the primary point of contact for the Gemtesa brand team. Identify and prioritize key business questions with support from cross-functional teams. Oversee the development of strategic KPIs and metrics for monthly and quarterly business reviews. Manage ad-hoc analytical project requests related to the Gemtesa brand team. Core Competencies Strategic thinker capable of identifying big-picture opportunities and crafting actionable plans. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present with executive presence. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical data sources and market research methodologies. Proficient in translating research insights into actionable business recommendations. Knowledgeable in omnichannel data and media measurement techniques. Skilled in using BI tools for analysis and data visualization. Collaborative team player with excellent project management capabilities. Adept at transforming commercial needs into practical solutions. Motivated change agent, eager to challenge the status quo and foster innovation. Education and Experience 8-12 years of relevant experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry (or 6-8 years with a Master's degree). Preferred experience in marketing, marketing science, or omnichannel strategies. Experience with statistical packages for brand analytics. Background in patient/consumer and HCP insights and strategy. The base salary range for this role is $150,640 to $188,300. This position is part of a comprehensive rewards package that includes merit-based increases, participation in short-incentive plans, 401(k) eligibility, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, as well as paid time off.
