to join their team in New York. As the company moves away from founder-led sales, you will play a pivotal role in scaling their sales engine, establishing playbooks, and securing six-figure deals. If you thrive in the fast-paced ambiguity of a seed-to-series-B environment and have a "hunter" mindset for new business, this is your chance to establish yourself as a sales leader in a rapidly expanding sector. What You’ll Be Doing
Drive New Business:
Focus heavily on
outbound sales efforts , including consistent
cold-calling (20+ calls/day)
to build a robust pipeline.
Manage Complex Cycles:
Navigate multi-party, long-term deal cycles and adeptly handle complex objections.
Close High-Value Deals:
Develop and close six-figure contracts within the HVAC and home services space.
Scale the Process:
Contribute to the creation of sales playbooks and repeatable processes for a growing team.
Travel:
Engage with clients face-to-face with an expected travel frequency of
25–30%
monthly.
Who You Are
Experienced Closer:
You have
1–5 years of full-cycle closing experience with a proven track record of hitting material targets quarter-over-quarter.
Startup Savvy:
You have experience working in
Seed to Series B tech startups and understand the grit required for early-stage growth.
Industry Knowledge:
Ideally, you have sold into the
HVAC or home services industries.
Relentless:
You are comfortable with high-volume outbound activity and complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations.
